There will be a $50 deposit due at the time of your appointment is booked. Upon arrival this fee will be put towards the consultation and x rays. We will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may do so at this time. If you fail to show up to your appointment or do not give us 48 hours’ notice your deposit will be forfeited.
